Offering comprehensive real estate services in Rancho Santa Fe and surrounding markets
Not many can say they have four decades of professional Real Estate experience
as a broker, an agent and a trusted advisor.
Rebecca came from a mid-west family-oriented Wisconsin upbringing to the high-rises and sophistication of Grubb & Ellis, San Francisco in the 1970s, making her way up to being a top producer. After creating a successful career for herself, she decided to branch out and move to San Diego where she opened her own professional mortgage, escrow, and real estate operations. She joined Sotheby’s in 2006 as a broker associate with a niche in upper-end properties and a passion for real estate. Rebecca’s superpowers are a combination of a no-nonsense negotiation style, a savvy lady with extensive industry knowledge, a sharp brain for the details, and a fierce determination to make things happen. She says that “If you’re looking to win in the real estate world today, you’re going to need a pro”. Her multi-dimensional expertise emanates from many years as a broker, realtor, mortgage, lending, and escrow guru. She truly has seen and knows it all. “As our real estate industry evolves”, Rebecca tells us, “becoming more innovative and creative, I evolve with it”. Rebecca has been acknowledged many times for her professional prowess and in 2016 she won the coveted “Realtor Award of Excellence”. She holds a chair with the District Council and is a passionate Veterans’ Advocate. She’s also an epicurean who enjoys entertaining family and friends for the holidays at one of her charming 5-course dinner parties. She loves sailing and collecting antiques and is a self-proclaimed WWII history movie buff. Her favorite travel destination, other than San Diego of course, are the quaint B&B's of Massachusetts on Nantucket Island. Here in hometown San Diego, she can be found trying to keep up with her two sweet but very rambunctious rescued Vizslas, Uli and Odin.
